These Terms govern your use of anoteam.com and participation in the Ano creator community operated by WPIC ("we").
By using the site or applying, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 and able to enter into a binding agreement (or have guardian consent where required).
Applying does not guarantee acceptance or any collaboration; we decide at our reasonable discretion.
Each collaboration is governed by its brief and any separate agreement, which prevails over these Terms if they conflict.
You retain ownership of your content and grant Ano and the relevant brand a licence to use collaboration content as set out in the brief/agreement. You are responsible for your content's legality, originality/licensing, and compliance with platform rules and advertising-disclosure laws — sponsored content must be clearly disclosed as advertising.
Free to join. Rewards (products; paid collaborations where eligible) are described per collaboration; payment terms are set in the individual agreement.
Do not submit false information, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the platform.
Provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and limit liability, without affecting non-waivable consumer rights.
